Crucial Conversations

Successful business depends on relational power.  At the core of every relationship is the ability to effectively communicate and engage in crucial conversations.  This exceptional workshop focuses on building the advanced skills needed to strengthen relationships, inspire and excite others, and engage in results-oriented conversations.  Participants will explore and practice how to communicate clearly and openly as well as respond quickly and thoughtfully in intense situations.  We will practice taking a clear stand on important topics while staying engaged with colleagues who have different points of view.  We will also learn how to turn conversations into results by bringing people together toward mutual goals.
