  Overview
 
The Raleigh-Wake Human Resources Management Association hosted a Compensation & Benefits Forum on Job Documentation & Benchmark Jobs - "Why do it, what should be included and how to use in market analysis". Discussion included what should be included in job descriptions and why it matters in the big scheme of compensation management; learn the basic steps in building a job worth hierarchy using market data for benchmark jobs; and slotting jobs when market data is not available.
   

Facilitators

The presenters are D. Andee Treinis, CCP, and Mary Lou Drake, SPHR.

Andee Treinis, CCP is President of HRM Consulting and a former HR executive with over 17 years of experience in progressive human resources management, Andee works today as a total HR solutions consultant.

Mary Lou Drake, SPHR, is currently the President DRAKE & Associates, Ltd. and has over 20 years of expertise working with both public and private organizations to help with such issues as productive organizational design, change management, leadership development, as well as the attendant Human Resources practices to help effect truly outstanding organizations.
